What is the estimated shipping time for my order?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the EU and 5-10 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs may apply depending on your location and the reason for return.
Are Tropicfeel sneakers waterproof?
Most of our sneakers are water-friendly and quick-drying, designed for transitions between land and water. While not 100% waterproof, they are built to drain water efficiently and dry rapidly.

How do I care for my Tropicfeel products?
Our sneakers are machine washable at 30°C on a short cycle. For backpacks and apparel, we recommend hand washing with a damp cloth and mild soap to preserve the technical fabrics.
